Why "only engaged conversations count"
We count conversations with two or more messages toward your monthly limit. A visitor who opens the chat, types nothing, and closes it — doesn't count. A bot that opens your chat and posts one spam message — doesn't count. A person who asks a real question and gets a real answer — counts.
This is different from the way most chatbot platforms bill. Per-resolution pricing charges for every deflected ticket whether it was a real user or not. Per-conversation pricing counts any open session, including the ones that never turned into a conversation.
We bill for engagement because engagement is what you're actually buying.

- Starter → Growth: you want CRM sync, a custom domain, email sequences, or a serious single-site local-service funnel like HVAC intake.
- Growth → Pro: you have 2+ sites, multiple services or locations, want webhooks, need SSO for your team, or need 5 white-label domains.
- Pro → Business: you need the custom AI system prompt, larger volume, multi-location operations, stronger enterprise workflows, or higher-touch support.
- Business → Business+: you're at enterprise scale (50,000+ conversations), need large deployment portfolios, custom limits, advanced platform control, or you're running a white-label reseller business on 25+ client domains.
