Why "only engaged conversations count"
We count conversations with two or more messages toward your monthly limit. A visitor who opens the chat, types nothing, and closes it — doesn't count. A bot that opens your chat and posts one spam message — doesn't count. A person who asks a real question and gets a real answer — counts.
This is different from the way most chatbot platforms bill. Per-resolution pricing charges for every deflected ticket whether it was a real user or not. Per-conversation pricing counts any open session, including the ones that never turned into a conversation.
We bill for engagement because engagement is what you're actually buying.
