You don't need Salesforce to use Wengrow. But you can have both.
Every lead has a full conversation attached. Search, filter, sort, export. See which knowledge base chunks the bot cited. Status workflow built in — won, contacted, disqualified — so you can use Wengrow as your whole CRM if that's all you need.
Built-in lead table
Every conversation that meets your lead threshold (minimum fields collected) becomes a row in the lead table. Visible fields:
- Name, email, phone, company (or whatever qualification fields you configured)
- Source deployment (which site/domain the lead came from)
- Status (new / contacted / won / disqualified — customizable)
- First message timestamp
- Agent-detected intent / category
- Lead score (if configured)
- Link to full conversation
Filter by status, deployment, date range, status. Sort by any column. Search by any field. Export to CSV with one click.
Open the conversation
Click any lead and see:
- Full transcript of every message (visitor and agent).
- Timestamps on every turn.
- Which knowledge base chunks the agent cited — highlighted in the transcript, clickable to the source URL or document.
- Conversation duration and message count.
- Outcome tag (completed, abandoned, escalated).
- Thumbs up / thumbs down rating if the visitor left one.
This is how you audit AI behavior. A bot said something you didn't expect? Open the conversation. See which chunks it pulled. Tune the knowledge base. Done.
Lead status workflow
Every lead has a status that you and your team can update:
- New (default when the lead is captured)
- Contacted (you or a teammate reached out)
- Won (closed business — enter the deal value to feed ROI analytics)
- Disqualified (not a fit; mark the reason for pattern analysis)
Filter by status to build your working queue. "Show me all new leads from last 7 days" or "show me everything marked 'won' in Q1 to export for the quarterly board slide."
Works with or without an external CRM
If you're a small-enough operation that Wengrow's lead table is your whole CRM, great — use it as one.
If you run Salesforce or HubSpot, enable CRM sync (Growth+) and leads auto-create as Contacts/Leads in your org with field mapping you control. Every synced lead includes an HMAC-signed link back to the Wengrow conversation so your reps can open the transcript straight from Salesforce.
GDPR: built-in erasure + export
Every lead can be erased on request. GDPR's right-to-be-forgotten and right-to-access are first-class features, not an afterthought:
- Erasure by email — wipe every lead/conversation associated with a given email, in one request.
- Erasure by session ID — for anonymous visitors who identified themselves through a ticket/complaint path.
- Export — full export of a visitor's data as JSON, delivered via signed download link.
All GDPR operations produce audit log entries. You can show a regulator exactly what was erased, when, and in response to which request.
Search + filter + sort
- Full-text search across conversation content, lead fields, and metadata.
- Filter by status, deployment, date range, specific field values, tag, presence/absence of any field.
- Sort by any column, ascending or descending.
- Bulk actions — mark multiple leads contacted, disqualify a batch, export a subset.
