Legal + operational notes
- You are the MSA holder with your own clients. Wengrow's ToS governs your use of the platform; your clients sign your terms.
- Your clients' data is their data. You have admin access to their Wengrow deployments; we treat you as the tenant owner for security purposes.
- You're responsible for your clients' privacy and terms. Our AI-drafted legal templates are a starting point, not legal advice.
- Our invoice goes to you. Your invoices go to your clients. Stripe Connect is the cleanest way to bill clients on top of your Wengrow subscription; we don't handle that directly.
